One of the best purchase we got. Was tired of dtf. L1800. Had so many issues but once i got connected to Digitech i am so happy. Been 4+ months my printer is working hassel free. Ganesh D22/09/2022My printer got little damaged in transit but they sent me new part to USA without any charges not even the shipping cost. Also guided me on video call to setup and my machine started working. Since then it's working perfectly since last 6 months. Nice product! Nice efforts taken by team.

Best thing is you can call for any small issue and they explain us very politely. I still remember the days when i was new and used to call 100 times a day. They never hesitated to answer each and every silly question. People go for our Indian Brand instead wasting money on foreign machines.

Everything about the maintenance, running cost and service was true. Other people in market just say anything to make the sale but here things are totally different.
